Search the internet for 60th anniversary gift ideas and you’ll find a raft of diamond encrusted and crystal keepsakes to mark the occasion. None of them, however, seem appropriate for celebrating 60 years of selling one of the world’s most iconic vans, so Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has introduced the Transporter 60 Anniversary Pack.
Without a diamond or crystal in sight, the pack contains new, exclusive and eye-catching add-ons which allow T5 Transporter owners to make their vehicles stand out from the crowd, while offering practicality, style and protection.
The new accessories package includes LED running lights*; chrome accent items such as mirror caps, side indicators and grille, Transporter 60 exterior decals and embroidered waterproof seat covers.
The first 250 customers to order the accessory pack will also receive a copy of a limited edition coffee table book that celebrates the Transporter’s 60 years in the UK.
The Transporter 60 Anniversary Pack goes on sale from Monday 22 September and is available from all Volkswagen Van Centres.
Prices start from £609 up to £1,009 (inc. VAT) and include fitting.
