Volkswagen’s Caddy has scooped the Small Van of the Year honour.

Volkswagen’s highly versatile Caddy has scooped the Small Van of the Year honour at this year’s Association of Car Fleet Operators (ACFO) awards.

Voted for exclusively by ACFO members, the highly-respected awards reflect the day-to-day operational experience and expertise of fleet decision-makers.

ACFO is the UK’s premier representative organisation for fleet operators in charge of cars and light commercial vehicles. The organisation exists to help fleet decision-makers improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their business travel operation.

Established more than 40 years ago, ACFO’s membership includes most of Britain’s major fleets as well as those drawn from the small medium enterprise SME sector.

Compact yet remarkably capable, the Caddy combines all the usual Volkswagen qualities into a package that delivers on every level. Affordable to run and offered with a broad range of body styles, trim levels and powertrain options, it represents the perfect entry point to Volkswagen’s light commercial vehicle line-up.

Commenting on the awards, Chris Black, Head of Fleet, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, said: ‘We’re delighted to win this award, especially as this accolade is voted for by fleet decision-makers.

‘Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles continues to go from strength to strength with high quality products and a specialist Van Centre network that provides expert knowledge, sales expertise and technicians that deliver high standards of customer care.’

This latest accolade is Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ tenth honour so far this year.
