Harry Metcalfe, EVO Magazine founder, classic car collector and host of YouTube’s hit car channel Harry’s Garage, will be joined by racing driver and television presenter Amanda Stretton to pull together the collection in a unique presentation on a special Car Catwalk to be shown in the City’s Millennium Place.
Adding fireworks to the proceedings will be supercar stuntman Terry Grant, with a special show outside the Museum.
Culture Coventry chief executive Gary Hall says: “We’ve hosted shows and displays on Millennium Place outside the Museum before – but never anything like this!  It is going to be a fantastic celebration of some of the most unique cars the world has ever seen – many of which were designed, engineered and built right here in Coventry.
And as if that isn’t enough, international superstar supercar stuntman Terry Grant will put on the most unbelievable show right here in the square.  It’s a free show, so what’s stopping you? Everyone is welcome.  Let’s celebrate our city’s great transport heritage together in style.”
More details on the event will follow in further announcements, with the show planned to take place early afternoon on Saturday 20th June, and cars ranging from supercars to superminis and everything in between scheduled to join the Car Catwalk.
