TV Host Dan Lobb takes the keys of his new FIAT 500X from Motor Village UK in London.

The growing popularity of the Fiat 500X has been demonstrated again after former professional tennis player and now TV presenter Dan Lobb took delivery of his new car recently in London.
And it was certainly a case of game, set and perfect match for Dan, who currently presents Channel 5’sCowboy Builders show. With a long list of wishes from a car, he was delighted to find the 500X crossover answered all of his demands.

Dan, who retired from tennis to become a GMTV sports presenter and main anchor on ITV’s morning show Daybreak, chose the 500X City Look Lounge 1.4 MultiAir 140hp DCT for its performance, versatility, looks – and space for his large dog.
“I’m six feet four inches tall so I wanted something with an SUV look and feel to it,” says Dan, who took delivery of his car from Fiat’s flagship London dealer Motor Village UK. “I was pleasantly surprised with the room the 500X gives, along with great comfort and a feeling of performance when I need it.
“I also wanted technology features, such as the Uconnect touchscreen phone interface and Start and Stop, modern looks and value for money. And it had to be able to take the dog – I tried her in the back during my test drive to see if she fitted!”
All Fiat 500X Lounge-specification cars come with a host of standard equipment, including 18-inch alloy wheels, privacy windows, keyless entry and go, automatic climate control, rear parking sensors and electric park brake.
Powered by a 1368cc four cylinder petrol engine, the Fiat 500X City Look 1.4 MultiAir  accelerates from 0-62mph in 9.8 seconds and has a top speed of 118mph.
The Fiat 500X City Look range starts at £14,595 OTR for the 1.6 E-Torq 110hp.
