Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) today reported September 2016 sales of 7,191 down 4.8 percent from September of 2015. Sales for the year remain up at 1.5 percent over the previous year.
The month took a nose dive, mainly due to the end of Lancer Evolution and the Outlander Sport, the Mirage compact grew, as did the Electric car i-MiEV, which has been around for some significant time, and shares production with Citroen and Peugeot.
The Large Sports utility Vehicle, Outlander remained stagnant, in September, the PHEV version of this car will one thats being road tested on the blog over the coming few weeks.
