Purpose

I will try my best to provide detailed info on various cars and what is like to live with them, I have already produced a few for Jaguar-car-forums, I will do my best to be unbiased, but it will be hard for some cars. I will re-produce press releases and copy from other motoring news.

USA MAY SALES - VOLVO - The aging range is continuing to hold on, with stagnant sales for May.

Volvo Cars of North America, LLC, (VCNA) reported U.S. sales of 5,023 units, holding steady compared to May 2014. Year-to-date sales remain similar to last year. May 2015 was the second month of recorded registrations for the all new XC90, with 741 during that time.

Sales for the XC60 remained strong, with 1,707 units sold, a 10% increase from May 2014. The S60 was the second-most sold vehicle in May, with 1,507 purchased; the S80 saw a 33% increase in sales with 147 units sold.

Volvo Cars is midway through a global transformation that involves the complete renewal of Volvo’s product range beginning with the all-new XC90 luxury SUV, world-first safety technologies, a new design language, new powertrain architecture and a range of class-leading connectivity services.
