Auto Express has announced the nominations for it's awards ceremony, 21 categories covering all motoring segments.

• Winners to be announced on 5^th July

Auto Express has revealed the shortlisted cars that will be battling for 21 Awards at the Auto Express New Car Awards 2016. The Awards recognise the finest and most innovative models currently on sale, across the 21 categories that in-market car buyers are searching in.

From the five contenders in each category, three will be commended on the night with one going on to win the category trophy. And from all the category winners, one model will be crowned Auto Express Car of the Year 2016.

The winners will be announced at the Auto Express New Car Awards on 5th July at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London’s West End.
