I will try my best to provide detailed info on various cars and what is like to live with them, I have already produced a few for Jaguar-car-forums, I will do my best to be unbiased, but it will be hard for some cars. I will re-produce press releases and copy from other motoring news.

WORLDWIDE SALES SEPTEMBER - INFINITI - Nissan's Luxury arm just gets better every month.

  • 13 consecutive best individual months
  • All-time high September, up 29% from last year
  • All-time high year-to-date, up 16% from last year
Infiniti continues its sales momentum in 2015. In September, the company sold 17,900 vehicles, an increase of 4,000 vehicles or 29% over September 2014. This marked the 13th consecutive month of best individual months on record.

Year-to-date, for the first three quarters of the year, the company sold 154,600 vehicles, up 21,200 vehicles or 16% from the same period in 2014.

Key regions including the Americas, China, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) outperformed the previous year by double digits in September. Regions and countries such as China, EMEA, Canada, Mexico and Australia all achieved their best September sales ever along with the best year-to-date result ever.

“Infiniti continues to make excellent progress,” said Roland Krueger, President of Infiniti Motor Company Limited. “Our sales momentum reflects the strengths of our product portfolio as well as our dealer network. I’d like to thank our customers for making Infiniti their trusted purchase.”

Infiniti’s biggest sales region, the Americas (U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Latin America), recorded more than 11,500 vehicles in September, an increase of 2,600 vehicles or 29% from a year ago. Year to date, Infiniti Americas sold more than 105,000 vehicles, a 12% year on year increase.

In China, Infiniti continues to outperform a sluggish overall automotive market. In September, the brand sold more than 3,700 vehicles, up 48%. In the first nine months of the year, Infiniti recorded sales of 28,400 vehicles, an increase of 37%.

In EMEA, Infiniti sales of 2,200 vehicles were up 19% for the month of September setting a new record for the month – despite the ongoing difficult economic situation in Eastern Europe. Year-to-date, sales of 16,500 marked an increase of 1,350 or 9%.

“The September sales results bode well for the months to come. We are looking forward to the start of sales of the all-new Q30 active compact, Infiniti’s first ever global compact entry,” said Krueger.

“The Q30 was introduced at the International Frankfurt Motor Show this month and very well received by customers and industry observers. Its new vehicle concept with its iconic design dynamic driving capabilities will add a true Infiniti offering to the compact segment.”
