  • All-New Scenic range priced from £21,605 on-the-road
Renault’s distinctive fourth-generation All-New Scénic and All-New Grand Scénic range is now available with a dCi 110 HYBRID ASSIST powertrain, offering a combination of even lower fuel consumption and emissions and high levels of driving enjoyment from the stylish compact MPV. The dCi 110 HYBRID ASSIST engine is available on both All-New Scénic and Grand Scénic and can be ordered now, priced from £25,055 on-the-road.
Harnessing the same qualities that make the All-New Scénic range a stylish and technologically-savvy compact MPV such as Active Emergency Braking System (AEBS) with Pedestrian Detection as standard, innovative 20-inch alloy wheels and an 8.7-inch portrait touchscreen, the dCi 110 HYBRID ASSIST versions provide even lower CO2 emissions and improved fuel economy – an MPG improvement of more than 10 per cent over the standard dCi 110 engine.
The All-New Scénic and Grand Scénic dCi 110 HYBRID ASSIST mark Renault’s first foray into HYBRID ASSIST engine technology. The dCi 110 HYBRID ASSIST engine features a 10kW electric motor located under the bonnet that works in combination with the internal combustion engine. The motor is powered by a 48-volt 150Wh battery located  behind the 2nd row seats for All-New Scénic or in the spare wheel housing for All-New Grand Scénic.
Alongside the economical benefits, it also improves pick-up at low speeds providing a boost of acceleration, particularly at low revs (even around 1,000rpm) regardless of the gear – the technology provides up to 70Nm additional torque in certain situations. During deceleration, the Motor Generation Unit (MGU) recovers energy for use by the vehicle’s electrical system and for storing in the system’s independent battery. It also works in association with the internal combustion engine when the driver re-accelerates – an indicator on the dash lets the driver know when the engine is deploying or recovering power.
Thanks to this innovation, the All-New Scénic dCi 110 HYBRID ASSIST’s CO2 emission figure of 94g/km makes it one of the best in class for economy. The technology dispenses with the need for a high-voltage battery thanks to the electric motor, a consideration that fits perfectly with Renault’s philosophy of delivering technology to the widest possible audience at an affordable price. The dCi 110 HYBRID ASSIST versions are priced £1,000 more than the equivalent dCi 110 variants in the All-New Scénic range, although benefit from a reduced first year VED rate of £110 due to its classification as an “alternatively fuelled” vehicle and a reduced standard rate of £130 thereafter.
The Scénic and Grand Scénic dCi 110 HYBRID ASSIST range is available in three trim levels – Dynamique Nav, Dynamique S Nav and Signature Nav. Each version provides a comprehensive standard specification, rising to the truly luxurious at the top-of-the-range.
Available across the range, the Visio active safety system provides Lane Departure Warning, Traffic Sign Recognition and Automatic High/Low Beam headlights. An electronic parking brake, LED daytime running lights, roof rails (Grand Scénic only), automatic dual-zone climate control, automatic headlights and windscreen wipers, electrically adjustable heated and folding door mirrors, F1-style integrated fuel filler, leather steering wheel, 4 x 20W DAB radio with fingertip controls and an AUX input with Bluetooth® connectivity and a seven-inch touchscreen are fitted to every version. Cruise control, speed limiter, a two-way adjustable steering column, height adjustable driver seat, gear-shift indicator and a 12-volt front socket are all also standard.
The All-New Scénic and Grand Scénic have been given a five star safety rating by Euro NCAP. Passive safety features as standard across every version in the range include six airbags, seat belts with load limiters and pretensioners at the front, side impact protection bars and ISOFIX child-seat mounting points on the two outer rear seats. Active safety features on each version in the range include Emergency Brake Assist, ABS with Electronic Brake-force Distribution, ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with traction and understeer control and Hill Start Assist.
Dynamique Nav adds to this with further driver aids such as front and rear parking sensors, Fatigue Alert whereby the vehicle monitors steering control to detect tiredness and alerts the driver to take a break; and handsfree keycard with walkaway lock and welcome functionality. This convenience function enables the driver to walkaway without needing to press anything on the key and the car will lock, the door mirrors will fold in and the headlights will turn off. When the driver returns to the car with the key, the car will unlock, the door mirrors will unfold and the lights will turn on.
Renault’s Multi-Sense ambient lighting and driving mode selector enabling the driver to personalise their driving experience is also standard on Dynamique Nav and above. There are five modes to select within the unique system to alter the driving set up and interior ambiance – Neutral, Comfort, Eco, Perso and Sport. Multi-Sense can be used to modify the accelerator pedal and engine response, engine sound, steering weight, interior lighting ambience through a choice of five colours and – where fitted – the speed of the Efficient Dual Clutch (EDC) gear changes. The system is accessed via the R-LINK 2 display through a button on the centre console.
To the interior, Dynamique Nav gains a sliding centre console providing 13-litres of storage with four USB ports and AUX input shared between front and rear passengers, Arkamys 3D Sound 4x35W DAB radio and a seven-inch touchscreen housing the R-LINK 2 multimedia system providing satellite navigation with live traffic updates and Western European mapping.
Second row passengers are well-catered for with rear-mounted aviation-style tables on front seats, one-touch folding rear seats – activated either directly from a keypad inside the boot or via R-LINK 2 multimedia system in the front, LED reading lights, sunblinds and cupholders.
Puddle lighting under the door mirrors and chrome detailing along the side window line, tailgate and front grille help the Dynamique Nav to further stand out.
The Dynamique S Nav provides unique-in-segment features such as an 8.7-inch portrait touchscreen housing the R-LINK 2 multimedia system and a colour head-up display, rear parking camera, panoramic glass sunroof with electric sunblind, auto-dimming rearview mirror and extra tinted windows to the rear and tailgate.
The top of the range Signature Nav features Carbon Black leather upholstery with Nappa leather steering wheel, electrically-operated height and lumbar adjustment to driver and front passenger seats with a courtesy function, driver’s seat position memory function, full LED headlights with ‘See Me Home’ function and front fog lights with cornering function.
All-New Scénic and Grand Scénic dCi 110 HYBRID ASSIST versions are available with a range of safety and convenience features such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot and Safe Distance warnings, Handsfree Parking and 360-degree parking sensors.
All versions are covered by Renault’s four year warranty. The car is protected for four years or 100,000 miles (first two years have no mileage limit). There is also a three-year paint warranty and 12 years’ cover against corrosion. Servicing is required once a year or every 16,000 miles for the dCi 110 HYBRID ASSIST.
UK ordering is now open with first customer deliveries arriving in August.

  • Three-year 3.99% APR Selections PCP finance packages enhanced with increased manufacturer contributions for selected models
  • Up to £2,410 off the award-winning Renault Twingo – now available from only £7,995
  • 250-mile range (NEDC Combined), all-electric Renault ZOE available with £5,000 manufacturer contribution
  • Latest offers follow Renault new car sales in the UK reaching a five-year high
  • Limited-time offers avoid impending increases in Vehicle Excise Duty on 1 April 2017
Encompassing the vast majority of vehicles in the extensive Renault range – the youngest model line-up of any manufacturer in Europe – Renault is today announcing a selection of offers that make owning a car from the French manufacturer even more of a tempting proposition.
With a strong focus on convenience and affordability, Renault UK has introduced brand-new two-year 0% APR PCP Selections packages.

Available on New Clio, Captur, All-New Mégane and All-New Mégane Sport Tourer, Kadjar, All-New Scénic and All-New Grand Scénic, these deals offer the lowest monthly payments of any of Groupe Renault UK’s Selections PCP packages and, as with the brand’s other PCP offers, come with the added benefit of no minimum customer deposit.
As an example, the ever-popular New Clio with its recently refreshed styling and enhanced interior and equipment can be driven from only £129 per month on a two-year 0% APR PCP Selections package1. The deal on the Play 1.2 16V 75 version also includes a manufacturer deposit contribution of £850 and a customer deposit of £3,588.
Additionally, Renault UK’s popular three-year 3.99% APR Selections PCP packages are more affordable than ever. The deposit contributions are now the same as those for similar deals over a four-year duration, with the additional manufacturer support working to lower the total amount payable and the cost of interest.
Available alongside a variety of 0% APR HP offers, the new and revised Selections PCP packages ensure that drivers enjoy even greater choice when it comes to financing their new Renault.
Cash buyers also benefit from the limited time offers. Notably, there are sizeable savings across the innovative, rear-engined, rear-wheel drive Renault Twingo range with prices starting from only £7,995 for the Expression SCe 70 – representing a saving of £1,500 on the normal list price up to savings of £2,410 on the Dynamique S TCe 90 Auto which is now available from £11,395.
Multiple cash offers are available for anyone considering joining the ever-increasing number of drivers choosing an electric vehicle with the multiple award-winning Renault ZOE in Expression Nav guise available from £11,995 (inc PiCG) – representing a £2,000 customer saving. With the longest range of any mainstream electric vehicle – up to 250 miles (NEDC Combined) or an estimated 186 miles in real world conditions – the New ZOE Dynamique R90 Z.E 40 is now available for £15,845 (inc PiCG), representing a customer saving of £2,000.
Alternatively, the New ZOE Dynamique R90 Z.E 40 can be driven away available on a five year 0% APR HP package with nil customer deposit and a £2,500 manufacturer deposit contribution. In addition to all retail purchases, customers will receive a free** 7kW Wall-Box home charger, making their ownership experience of the four-time winner of the What Car? ‘Best Electric Car for up to £20,000’ and their 2017 ‘Electric Car of the Year’ even more convenient.
With the offers available on vehicles registered by the end of March, customers will save further by avoiding the changes in Vehicle Excise Duty that are applicable from 1 April 2017. By ordering and registering their new Renault before this date they can potentially enjoy three-figure savings.
Customers will also benefit from the Renault 4+ warranty and Renault Assistance vehicle recovery scheme, which comes as standard with every Renault and provides the ultimate peace of mind for four years or 100,000 miles.

  • All-New Renault Scénic and Grand Scénic awarded ‘Best MPV’ at UK Car of the Year Awards 2017
  • Judged by some of the UK’s most influential motoring writers
  • Latest fourth generation Scénic described as stylish, confident and practical
  • UK COTY provides authoritative, independent advice to buyers
The distinctive fourth generation All-New Renault Scénic and Grand Scénic have been awarded the title of ‘Best MPV’ at the UK Car of the Year Awards 2017 today, just over a month after going on sale.
The stylish five-seat Scénic and seven-seat Grand Scénic, with unprecedented 20-inch wheels as standard and available with an abundance of innovative high-end safety and convenience features, were voted into first place thanks to its design, practicality and a sense of fun.
The UK Car of the Year (UK COTY) Awards judging panel is made up of 27 independent, influential motoring journalists who assess more than 100 new cars to produce winners in 12 categories, from which one overall champion is chosen.

John Challen, Managing Director of the UK COTY Awards and Editor of ukcoty.co.uk, said of the All-New Scénic and Grand Scénic: “For situations where space is a must – especially for a large family, the Renaults get it spot on. Practicality taken to a whole new level in a pleasant environment.”
Indeed, other judges impressions of the cars included:  “The best cure for parental depression”; “The Scénic gets so much right for families, it just has to be the winner in this sector”; “A car that proves there’s life in the MPV format yet” and “Style with substance. Demonstrates Renault’s new-found confidence”.
Paul Flanagan, Managing Director, Groupe Renault UK, commented: “Renault invented the compact MPV and now with the latest fourth generation, the All-New Scénic has brought distinctive design, innovative technologies and unprecendented safety to its category.
To win ‘Best MPV’ so soon after launching in the UK from such a respected group of motoring experts really is a fantastic accomplishment and one that everyone at Renault UK is very proud of.”
As well as being the only vehicles in class to provide Active Emergency Braking System (AEBS) with Pedestrian Detection as standard across the range – gaining a five-star Euro NCAP rating – the All-New Scénic and Grand Scénic are also available with a range of active and passive safety features such as Lane Keeping Assist, Fatigue Alert, Blind Spot Warning, Safe Distance Warning and Traffic Sign Recognition.
High-end technologies from the segment above such as an 8.7-inch portrait touchscreen and the Multi-Sense driving mode selector are available on a compact MPV for the first time. Other technologies such as Hands Free parking, 360-degree parking sensors, full LED headlights and BOSE® seven-speaker sound system.
The All-New Scénic and Grand Scénic are each offered in four trim levels – Expression+, Dynamique Nav, Dynamique S Nav and Signature Nav and each version provides a comprehensive standard specification. They remain as impressively practical as ever thanks to its modularity and class-leading storage and boot space.
The five-seat All-New Scénic has a best-in-class boot volume of 572-litres with all seats in the upright position and All-New Grand Scenic provides a maximum boot capacity of 1,737-litres with all seats folded.
A feature carried over from the new Espace, the One Touch Folding rear seats can be folded effortlessly to achieve a flat floor. The model is the only vehicle in its class in which this function can be activated from two different places: from inside the boot or by using the R-LINK 2 multimedia system in the dashboard.
Other ingenious storage solutions, including four underfloor compartments, extend total cabin storage capacity to 57-litres, placing the All-New Scénic at the top of its class by offering up to twice as much space as its competitors.
The All-New Renault Scénic is priced from £21,445 OTR and the Grand Scénic from £23,375 OTR.
The arrival of the fourth generation Scénic signals the complete renewal of Renault’s all-new family car line-up – alongside Kadjar and the All-New Mégane and Mégane Sport Tourer – and the French manufacturer now has the youngest model range on sale in Europe.
