Two NEW hybrid models are added to the toyota Yaris range of Supermini cars, including the cheapest yet.

Owning a new Toyota Hybrid becomes easier than ever before with two new models joining the Yaris Hybrid line-up. The addition of Active and Sport versions means there’s now a hybrid in all four grades in Toyota’s top-selling supermini range.

Active becomes the new entry point to Toyota’s clean, efficient and super-smooth hybrid technology. The five-door hatch comes equipped with dual-zone climate control, trip computer, power front windows and a split-folding rear seats.

What also comes as standard is the quiet and refined Toyota hybrid experience together with 75g/km CO₂ emissions and official combined cycle fuel economy of 85.6mpg. The low emissions mean no annual road tax (VED) to pay and, for London drivers, exemption from the congestion charge.

The Sport cuts a sharper dash with rear privacy glass, 16-inch alloy wheels, rear spoiler and a rear pillar treatment that creates a floating roof effect. Other key features include climate control, power windows all round and the Toyota Touch 2 multimedia system with DAB radio, Bluetooth, touchscreen control and rear view camera. An optional Skyview panoramic roof can also be specified (£550).

Using the larger alloy wheel brings a modest change in the benchmark figures to 82g/km and 78.5mpg but Yaris Hybrid Sport retains the benefit of zero road tax.

Pricing and launch offers

The new Yaris Hybrid Active is launched with an on-the-road price tag of £14,995, including a special £300 introductory customer saving. Yaris Hybrid Sport is priced at £16,695.

Both models are made highly affordable with attractive AccessToyota PCP deals. The new Active model is available through an AccessToyota PCP arrangement at 4.9 per cent APR representative¹. The Yaris Hybrid Sport can be obtained with £900 finance deposit allowance and nought per cent  APR representative².

ŠKODA is welcoming business drivers into 2015 by adding equipment to the Superb SE Business model. The upgraded model now comes with full leather upholstery and heated front seats as standard with no increase in price.

The additions to the award-winning model provide £1,605-worth of added features and build upon an already impressive standard kit level in the Superb. This includes 17-inch alloy wheels, sat nav, DAB radio, dual-zone air-con, power-fold door mirrors, cruise control, trip computer, Bluetooth and an umbrella in the rear door.

The ŠKODA Superb SE Business model is available as either a hatchback or an estate powered by an efficient 2.0-litre 140PS diesel engine. The Superb is a class leader thanks to its combination of quality value, outstanding practicality and 633 litre boot, low carbon footprint (emitting 109g/km), 17% BIK band, and SE Business equipment.

Dacia launches new Special Edition Sandero, the 'Midnight', comes with a host of extra kit.

Dacia has introduced a new special edition to its Sandero family car line-up - the Sandero Midnight. Sandero Midnight builds on the existing top-of-the-range Lauréate version specification by adding a host of exclusive extras designed to give a classy yet discreet look and is available to order now priced from just £9,345.

On the exterior, Sandero Midnight comes with 15-inch 'Aquila' alloy wheels, an exclusive Slate Grey metallic paint finish and a gloss black exterior trim on the door mirrors and B-pillar.

Inside, the Midnight continues the dark theme with gloss black trim on the door handles, central console surround and steering wheel whilst the 'Comfort Pack' adds electric rear windows and a leather steering wheel to the equipment list.

These enhancements are in addition to the extensive standard equipment from the Lauréate trim level, so Sandero Midnight also comes with air conditioning, electric front windows, cruise control, speed limiter, a trip computer, Bluetooth connectivity, a four-speaker radio/CD player and ESC with Traction Control as standard.

For those who wish to add further comfort to their Sandero, rear parking sensors, 'Dark carbon' leather upholstery and the MediaNav 7-inch touchscreen multimedia and sat-nav system are amongst the available options.

Sandero Midnight is available as either a petrol or diesel engine version. The 0.9-litre TCe 90 petrol engine achieves 0-60mph in 11.1 seconds, has a top speed of 109mph and returns 56.5mpg (on the official combined cycle). The 1.5-litre dCi 90 diesel engine achieves 0-60mph in 12.1 seconds, has a top speed of 107mph, CO₂emissions of 99g/km (meaning it is in Band A for road fund licence) and returns 74.3mpg (combined).

As with every new Dacia, Sandero Midnight is covered by a three year / 60,000 miles warranty as standard, which includes roadside assistance. Servicing is once every 12 months or 12,000 miles and extended warranty packages of up to seven years are also available.
