My thoughts on all things motoring, press releases, reviews & techie stuff, from around the world. Please note that the pictures of vehicles within this blog are used as examples of the specific press releases, on occasions, due to the lack of available official pictures, examples are re-produced. ANY AND ALL PROFANITIES WILL BE REMOVED AND THE PERSON/S RESPONSIBLE WILL BE BANNED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Purpose
I will try my best to provide detailed info on various cars and what is like to live with them, I have already produced a few for Jaguar-car-forums, I will do my best to be unbiased, but it will be hard for some cars. I will re-produce press releases and copy from other motoring news.

Dacia wins at CarBuyer awards
CarBuyer, the expert car review website, has today announced the results of its Car of the Year awards for 2013.
Romanian budget brand Dacia, which only arrived in the UK at the end of last year, picked up the Car of the Year award for its market-changing compact SUV, the Dacia Duster.
Steve Fowler, Editor-in-Chief of CarBuyer, said: “The Dacia Duster is an incredible car for the price, offering the style, space and comfort of cars that usually cost nearly twice as much.”
“A Car of the Year is a model that genuinely shifts the goalposts in its category – the Dacia Duster reinvents the game. It makes all other cars look expensive.”
CarBuyer is a new breed of motoring website, concentrating on plain English reviews and high-quality videos, while providing constructive tools and advice to help people make informed decisions when buying a car. Its awards celebrate the overall package available for buyers with the team of expert judges and road testers focusing on criteria that really matter: running costs, safety, mpg, performance, owner satisfaction, reliability and comfort.
Dacia also took CarBuyer’s Buyer’s Award for its no-haggle value pricing, while other winners of CarBuyer awards included the Skoda Octavia (Best Family Car), Mazda 6 (Best Large Family Car) and Ford Fiesta (Best Small Car).
