Please note that the pictures of vehicles within this blog are used as examples of the specific press releases, on occasions, due to the lack of available official pictures, examples are re-produced. ANY AND ALL PROFANITIES WILL BE REMOVED AND THE PERSON/S RESPONSIBLE WILL BE BANNED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Purpose
I will try my best to provide detailed info on various cars and what is like to live with them, I have already produced a few for Jaguar-car-forums, I will do my best to be unbiased, but it will be hard for some cars. I will re-produce press releases and copy from other motoring news.

Hyundai's HND-9 takes a bow at Seoul 2013
- HND-9 hints at direction of Hyundai’s next-generation luxury sports coupe
- Special design projects strengthen Hyundai’s `Modern Premium’ image
Hyundai Motor Co., the fastest-growing car manufacturer by brand, today staged a world-premiere of the HND-9 at the Seoul Motor Show, its latest luxury sports coupe concept that illustrates the company’s future design direction.
“HND-9 will give customers a glimpse of Hyundai’s future luxury sports coupe models,” said Suk-Geun Oh, head of Hyundai’s Design Center in Namyang, Korea. “Representing an evolution of Hyundai’s ‘Fluidic Sculpture’ design philosophy, the rear-wheel drive sports coupe concept balances high performance with a sophisticated image.”
The HND-9 is the ninth concept model developed by the Hyundai Motor Group’s R&D Center in Namyang and is based on a modern reinterpretation of an elegant, classic premium sports coupe, with sophisticated details in every design element of the car to reinforce a premium look. The vehicle, with its dramatic, long bonnet and stretched 2,860mm wheelbase, has an overall length of 4,695mm, width of 1,890mm and height of 1,340mm.
Equipped with 3.3-litre turbo GDi engine and 8-speed automatic transmission, HND-9 delivers a maximum output of 370PS, while its exterior design elements provide visual cues of the car’s performance. Fluidic yet sleek character lines that stretch from headlamp to boot and a wide and striking hexagonal-shaped radiator grille bare testimony to HND-9’s powerful stance.
HND-9 comes with butterfly doors, sculptural rear combination lamps, and dual tailpipes placed on both sides, to give the car a sleek, futuristic look. Adding to this, 22-inch alloy wheels – mixed with carbon materials – contribute to attractive styling.
Like its exterior, the interior styling of the HND-9 was designed to deliver a modern, luxurious driving experience. Three key concepts were embedded into the interior design to realise this goal: spiral sculpture, elegance and high-tech interface.
Based on the spiral sculpture concept – derived from Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture design philosophy – dynamic and distinctive spiral-shaped metal lines frame the entire interior in a speedy and rhythmical way, creating a unique layout.
The seats are made of sporty yet luxurious mesh fabric, and project different colours when viewed from different angles. The driver-oriented, high-tech interface is modelled on an aeroplane cockpit, offering both improved functionality and aesthetics, optimised for dynamic driving.
