- All-New Niro Crossover Begins Arriving in Select Showrooms
Kia Motors America today announced January sales of 35,626 units, led by the Optima and Soul with 7,849 and 7,792 units sold, respectively. The first month of the year also marks the first retail deliveries of the all-new Niro crossover.
For the start of the year, the Forte was the ONLY model that actually grew sales over the same month a year earlier, added to which the All-New Niro and its handful of sales these were nowhere near enough to turn the brand around.
The new Rio might make inroads once it is launched, but the wait might be just too long if the sales continue to drop off at the rate that they already have.
